Dana Weaver is a leadership coach and strategist dedicated to empowering bold women entrepreneurs to scale their businesses with magnetic communication, visionary leadership, and confident speaking. Drawing on extensive experience in leadership and communication development, Dana helps women business owners who are 1-5 years into their journey become influential leaders who inspire their teams, captivate their clients, and grow their impact. Through customized coaching, courses, and the Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute, Dana equips women to overcome imposter syndrome, sharpen their leadership skills, and build thriving, value-driven businesses.

She received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Kansas State University and a Masters in nonprofit administration from MidAmerica Nazarene University.

She lives in Topeka, Kansas with her husband, two girls, and two fur babies.
